This is an open-roofed structure furnished with outdoor love seats, chairs, and tables. There is a narrow stone terrace on the east side bordered by a small garden. This building gives lovely views of the grounds, and affords shooting in inclement weather when outdoor shots are needed.

There is a large barn on the property, which can be used for exterior shooting. Behind it is a weathered stable with open bays, and a cobblestone courtyard which is also available for shooting.
